we had around 8-10 sessions here on app. I still remember the day 1 where i was nervous, scared and talking things in my head rather than telling her. My sleep pattern was screwed, motivation was all time low, Trust issues on peak, underweight, lazy and much more than i can say or know. And, to be honest I am a hard core believer that there is no such thing as therapy. I read as many books as i can, videos i can watch, but still nothing worked out. and I took a moment used some cash i had purchased the subscription and i want to talk to a pysctraist than a psycologist but somehow i got connected to her. And trust me from the day 1 till now if i measure the growth i can definitely rate it a solid 4 at the very least. I am talking doing things sleep is pretty much fixed I gained muscles and now with a bmi of 19.1 from 16 that too in less than 3 months. Maybe 4 might sound less but I know how hard it would have been without her. from day one she is patience and listens without judgement and suggests only what is important, helps me organise and become a person i always wanted to be. I really don't know if i will ever be able to payback her kindness to me and any monetary compensation can ever do this for me. But yeas she helped and I learned to laugh back and most importantly getting the confidence back. I just hope I will be able to help her in some way better than this to let her reach more people like me and help them. at last u would say just connect with her and share yourself if you are really suffocating and want improvement.
