Practitioner/ Doctor/ Patient/ Customer data (“Customer”) who subscribe the services. Through use of the Services, you, your colleagues, your Organization and other users will directly provide or submit information to Healthgennie ("Customer Data"). Customer Data includes, for example:

  • Contact information, such as full name, phone no and email address;
  • Demographic information (such as your gender, your date of birth and your pin code);
  • Username and password;
  • Work title, department information and other information related to your work or Organization;
  • Data regarding your usage of the services and history of the appointments made by or with you through the use of Services;
  • Information that other people provide about you when using the Services, including when they send a message to you or upload information about you
  • All communications with other users of the Services
  • User communications, feedback, suggestions and ideas sent to us
