What's the opportunity?
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in drivingrevenue growth for the Intercom Sales organization through effective pipeline generation. Our role is
to lay the foundation for Health Gennie Sales by engaging with prospects and customers, and helping them
understand the value of Health Gennie through creative & engaging prospecting.

What will I be doing?
- Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists.
- Generating new business pipeline for Account Executives through cold calling, email, social etc.
- Following up and creating value to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Providing a great experience for Intercom’s prospective customers.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers.
- Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers.
- Working with cross functional teams to improve business processes.
- Engaging in team development and mentoring.

Role And Responsbilities
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing short video content for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos.
- Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance video quality.
- Ensure the video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Optimize reels for various social media formats and audiences.
- Develop scripts and storyboards for video projects.
- Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance video projects.
- Stay informed about current trends in video production and social media.
- Perform quality checks before final delivery.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their video content requirements is a plus.
Internship Duration: 3-6 Months
- Option to convert to full time based on the performance.
